2. Response within 48 hours

Initial analysis: PLU zoning, constraints, subdivision or reconfiguration potential. We clearly tell you whether the case fits our scope.

E.g. PLU review, initial planning discussions if needed.

3. We propose a solution

Property visit, then costed scenarios: as-is sale, lot subdivision, restructuring or another tailored strategy.

E.g. scenario A whole sale / scenario B subdivision into 2 plots.

4. We take care of everything

If you approve the project, we coordinate surveyor, notary, contractors and administrative steps.

E.g. subdivision file, contractor coordination, light works oversight.

5. We sell your property

Targeted marketing: right audience, right positioning, materials suited to the project (lots, restructured building, etc.).

E.g. lot-by-lot listing with visuals to help buyers envision the project.
